Robert Dimin

The idea of championing artists resonated immediately, and his path as a gallerist began to take shape.
From 2015 to 2022, Dimin was a partner at Denny Dimin Gallery (New York). In 2023, he launched DIMIN, a solo venture located in a 2,000-square-foot gallery on Broadway in Tribeca, at the center of New York’s gallery district.
Dimin is prominently featured in Bianca Bosker’s Get the Picture (2024), a New York Times best seller praised by TIME as “a gripping and often hilarious investigation into the art world.” He also consulted on the forthcoming film The Gallerist (2026), starring Natalie Portman. Dimin studied photography and art history at The New School and earned his MFA from the University of Pennsylvania.
